Scrub Island represents a unique opportunity in the British Virgin Islands (BVI) to own a fully furnished home alongside a full service 53 slip marina. These three to five bedroom Long View Residences are set on the hillsides of Scrub Island, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Caribbean Sea and the adjacent Great Camanoe. Comprising 4,327 to 7,200 square feet in total these stunning homes encompass three floors and present you with master suites, each with a king-size bed with high thread count luxury linens, flat panel television, large bath and separate sitting area all with bamboo ceiling fans. The main level houses a large kitchen with eat-in-bar, separate dining room, and large living room that opens onto a paved terrace with infinity-edge pool.

The oversized gourmet kitchens contain custom design fixtures and furnishings and state of the art modern conveniences for dining and entertaining. Each features Kohler faucets, SubZero/Wolf stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, convection oven and microwave, and solid wood cabinetry with brushed nickel hardware. The ensuite bathrooms are all grand in size and splendor with granite-top dual sinks, an enclosed rain forest shower and water closet, nickel faucets, custom mirrors and custom lighting. The authenticity of Scrub Island is beautifully represented in every detail of the design with the furnishings, fixtures and colors all brought together to bring out the spirit of the Caribbean.

Each residence will be a wholly and privately owned asset with owners having the option to have their property maintained and rented by the professional resort management team and will receive a share of room revenues from all the units. These who do participate in the rental program can choose to use their home whenever they choose throughout the year. During the remainder of the year, the resort’s professional management team will use their unit to operate a full-service resort and maintain the grounds and public areas of Scrub Island.

Located in the British Virgin Islands, known throughout the world as a premier sailing, fishing and diving destination, the most convenient international airports to Scrub Island are St. Thomas, USVI or San Juan, Puerto Rico. From here it is only a short flight to the T.B. Lettsome International Airport on Beef Island, serving as the territory’s main gateway. Scrub Island is then only a short 5-minute ferry ride away.

BEACHES
Every one of Scrub Island’s three beaches is unique and has its own distinct personality. Surrounded by shallow coral reefs, our private island offers spectacular snorkeling or the perfect setting for escaping reality, communing with nature or discovering the essence of what makes the BVI so special.

NORTH BEACH
We have all dreamt of that idyllic Caribbean beach replete with two comfy deck chairs, white sand, palm trees blowing in the wind and the deep blue sea stretching for miles in the distance. North Beach isn’t just a dream. It can be your reality. The 1,000-foot long beach features 10-chaise lounge pairings artfully blended into the natural surroundings just steps from the water’s edge.

As an added bonus, North Beach features its own pool, as well as the One Shoe Beach Bar. Order your favorite island cocktail and a scrumptious item off the menu while soaking in the warm Caribbean sun.

PAVILION BEACH
This small beach, located directly below the casual restaurant Tierra! Tierra! and the multi-level resort pool, is the perfect place to pull your chaise lounge into the water. Relax as the tide gently rolls in and out.

Here, you can use the water-based activities - kayaks, paddleboards or bounce on our kid (and adult) friendly water trampoline. Some of the best places for snorkeling are in the shallow waters surrounding this beach.

HONEYMOON BEACH
Accessible only by kayak, this romantic Caribbean beach was designed for couples that want to get away, enjoy total relaxation and just watch the world go by. A visit will make you feel as if it is your own private, secluded beach. Stop by the Gourmet Market and pack a picnic for your adventure!
